The staff are only servicing you to the bare minimum, not effort to give an extra help. Lack of friendliness / smile. I made 2 separate bookings, had to bring my bag down at 7pm and come back to re-check in after 3pm. There is only one lift so it takes a while to queue for the lift. Aircon is VERY NOISY. I had to turn it off to be able to sleep.

Long line on check in, which I can forgive. Only one lift working for the entire hotel. Very long delays - took me 40 minutes to get out the next morning with luggage due to the long delays and subsequently made me late for my first meeting. Fire doors lock so couldn't be used to move around the building with the lifts being down. Hotel desperatly needs painting. Looks old, tacky, and run down. Very little sleep due to the number of intoxicated people coming and going and slamming doors. Sadly a run down hotel tends to attract run down guests. Very disappointed and won't be back until some serious updates are made.

I have sent an email already. Main concern was that the second lift was out of order.

Room was dirty, bathroom was only separated by a certain, breakfast was terrible

We had to make the bunk beds, mattress on the top bunk didn't fit the bed and it slid around all night. A sheet was stained as well as the blanket. Toilet walls were dirty and soiled in parts. The air conditioner was was noisy and smelly, I had to stand on the bed to turn it off as there was no switch on the panel. You get what you pay for, unfortunately we had little option in terms of other hotels as they were booked due to other events.
