Steps away from the medina and to the train station which makes it a convenient location. As with all Ibis hotels I have experienced in Morocco, the public areas are more up-to-date than the actual living areas. The reception staff we had during our stay were great as well as the housekeeper Ahlam.

Excellent location , clean rooms , bad maintenance and very disappointing breakfast .

Rooms are clean and usual for IBIS style . From the 3 elevators only 1 was working and at one point while I was going down it stopped in between two floors and I sat there for 45 minutes before some maintenance guy opened the doors and let me out . It was a very unpleasant experience in a small hot cabin without any ventilation .The only apology was "Sorry" ..... The Breakfast has very bad quality. Rotten tomatoes , cucumbers and sour ( spoilt ) juice were served. The only items were good are baked pastries and fresh bread. Restaurant had no small spoons to steer the coffee and no milk loaded in the coffee machine . I mentioned that to the staff but next morning nothing has changed.
