Lovely ,modern hotel in a quiet area of the city ,5 mins walk from Heroes Square. Comfortable bed and pillows and room was very modern and spacious. Public transport stops immediately outside hotel and takes right into the centre of the city. Could do with a fridge or coffee making facilities but would highly recommend this hotel.

Positive experience, our room was ready at 1pm, we much appreciated, it set the mood for the rest of the days. The room was large, cosy, modern and very comfortable. Location is excellent for the Szechenyi thermal bath, the beautiful park and Hero's square. Staff was nice and polite. We definitively recommend this hotel.

The only drawbacks was that one of yournstaff members seemed genuine condescending with us. Other than that everyone was gracious and hospitable.

Rooms were too hot, air con had no effect at all. Water was not replaced in room, when I enquired I was rudely informed the water was only for members! No where to sit outside. Staff unfriendly. I was disturbed twice in the morning even tho I had the do not disturb sign on door. Key card often did not work, I was told it was my fault as I shouldn’t have had it near my phone! Ridiculous! Breakfast very poor. No food at all for lunch or dinner! All in all I will never stay here again and do not recommend!
