Bed was uncomfortable Room was uncleaned and dusty. When we put the sign to get a room clean, the sign was switched to do not disturb and left uncleaned. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for an Ibis. Room key wasn’t working when we got there so the security guard had to come up each time to let us in, felt like we were prisoners in a hotel room we paid for.
