We always stay at Pullman Bali, from check in to check out we always receive amazing service! Big thanks to the lovely Dewa and Ayik at check in. My first real time dealing with Dewa and she is just beautiful to deal with. Service at the restaurant deserves a big thank you to some of my favourite waitresses. Lina, Seni. Suliani, Ayu, Wila, Yuni and Haiti. The staff and food are wonderful and I guarantee you wouldn't get better service anywhere else in Bali. They go above and beyond for all patrons and always smile whilst doing so. The rooms are amazing and the house keeping staff are so thorough and fast. Bedding and pillows are so crisp always. Dodi and Arya are also wonderful. They will move heaven and earth to make your holiday a memorable one. If you are looking at staying somewhere family friendly that has amazing service always, look no further. You will be so happy you chose to stay at Pullman- Legian. We were upgraded to a pool view room by Aryn (Guest Relations Manager). Thankyou so much & for you efficiency & professionalism. From check in to check out our 2 week stay was perfect. This was our 4th stay at Pullman & the more we get to know staff, the better the spoiling & fun. Our garden room on ground floor right at the pool was spotless. Our room boy Yasmika & his team were wonderful. Breakfast is amazing and the best experience when you get to know the Staff, Lina, Seni, Hastie & Yudi (Assistant Manager) they are “the best”. Around the pool bar of an evening is fun with the bar staff. We will be back soon xx

My husband and I recently had the most amazing 13 nights at the Pullman Legian, and it was the perfect hotel for us to switch off and relax. We had organised an arrival transfer with the hotel, and despite our flight arriving late and the long processing delays through customs, our driver was waiting for us as promised. We were quickly checked in upon arrival, and received a fantastic room upgrade due to being Platinum Accor members. Our room over-looked the beautiful gardens of the hotel, had a seperate living area, and two bathrooms. It was such a great space for us! Each morning we had the most amazing breakfast in the restaurant which had a wide variety of local and International food options. One of our favourites was the pancake and waffle station which we enjoyed each morning, and even had icecream available! An absolute highlight for us was the staff in the restaurant. We had the pleasure of meeting Leoni on our first morning, and the service she provided was outstanding. It was actually quite sad saying goodbye to her on our last day, as she really provided a memorable experience and looked after us so well. Haity, Ari and all the Guest Experience and Restaurant Managers were fantastic also, and checked in with us each day to see if there was anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. Thank you Haity for your recommendation of the fresh pineapple and mint juice that we enjoyed each morning. Thank you also to the great housekeeping team who did such a beautiful job when servicing our rooms, and for the warm greetings we received from them each time we walked to and from our room. The location of the hotel was great also - positioned right across the road from Legian Beach and close to many local restaurants, bars, and shopping vendors. We enjoyed relaxing in the infinity pool located on level 3, and also used the ground floor fitness centre which provided great facilities for a work-out. We can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our stay so enjoyable and we will remember this holiday for a very long time. We highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be returning in the future. Scott & Stewart. 🌝
