Our stay at The Pullman was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, including Ayik from the front desk and Yasmika our room attendant keeping us entertained with the numerous towel animals. Will definitely recommend

This resort is located in easy walking distance to the shops, beach and restaurants. Rooms spacious and clean. Restaurant and bar fantastic. Above all else. It’s the staff that make the place. Staff members from house keeping to hospitality members are invaluable to this resort. I want to give a huge thank you and single out two special staff members of this resort. I want management to realise how valuable they are to the business. Firstly Seni Indrayoni. She is a wonderful member of the restaurant Montage Completely outstanding member. Secondly Arya Wijaya from the bar L bar. He is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about cocktails, coffees and all the beverages available. I hope that these two staff members receive the recognition they deserve. The restaurant has an amazing menu and the buffet has a great selection. Unfortunately I don’t like buffet because of the hygiene of certain guests.

We Love this Hotel, Nice welcoming from Mr. Dodi, Mr Sanjaya helped us with the Baggages and Mr. Wira is a great Driver. We arranged Birtday Breakfast Surprise for Oma and thanks to Mrs Seni and Mrs Tina, it was really successful. All the Breakfast Teams took a part, really Great amd Thank You Again for everything 🤗🙏🏻🙏🏻

We loved our room near rooftop pool & Grass area . Kids enjoyed kids club too.. Breakfast over priced & weird smell in dining needs to be addressed.
