We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and they made a love heart towel swan on our bed which was sweet. Fantastic customer service, convenient location, delicious food and good laundry service. The room itself was slightly outdated, the bathroom could have been cleaned better and the bed/pillows were fairly uncomfortable but we were only really there to sleep so overall it was a pleasant stay.

Assist & greet by Andinni from Guest Relation. She is very attentive and show his personalized service to us. The rooms are so spacious. Andinni create a special surprize in our room. I am amazed with their creativity to make the guest feel so special. The restaurant is very big and have a great ambiance. The foods are amazing. They have a lot of variety. I would give my huge appreciation for Andinni for the professionalism and dedication were a shining beacon. wholeheartedly recommend them for any customer-facing role, confident in them ability to consistently deliver top-tier service. Was very satisfied with our stay at the Pullman. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Especially Ayika who helped us as I got ill 3 hours prior our flight. Very caring went out of her way to try and book another flight and organised a Dr and another room for us.
