Fantastic stay until the rain!!! Loved Sofitel The Palm and will definitely be back. The location is just great for walks and runs on the boardwalk. The room and views were lovely too. Thanks to Thulan from housekeeping for doing such a great job for us. Special thanks must go to Han and The Manava restaurant team for the most wonderful breakfast experience everyday. Thanks so much Han… such wonderful service and kindness. ❤️

Still there atm after 3 days.. It's decent but tbh expected more for the price. I booked it because the suite was quite large for a family of 4. Staff generally nice and very helpful However, you can only fill half the bath with hot water before having to wait 30 mins to get hot water again?and the engineer says its normal. On half board, you can only access a budget dine around menu. Food ok but not high end for sure. No entertainment at night... so very boring... Even during the day, very little activities for teens.. Also bit remote and location but far from attractions so except for the room size, I think I could have chosen better for the price.
