Beautiful Hotel and Staff

I have just got back from a week at this hotel, the staff were first class, Dennis the porter was so lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, the General Manager Shakeesh (sorry if I have spelled your name wrong) was so helpful and the upgraded room was amazing. A special mention to Joseph in The Lounge, his smile and welcome every day was very uplifting, It-It (thats how you pronounce her name) was a joy. The food here was exceptional, Porterhouse, the Indian and Chinese were absolutely delicious. I am not a fan of buffets so opted to eat breakfast in The Lounge each day, which was peaceful and lovely, and the freshly made scones,sandwiches and cakes were gorgeous for Afternoon Tea.. With our upgrade, we had access to The Spa! it was worth every penny, so peaceful, so much to enjoy , no screaming children! I can't fault a single thing apart from it being way too hot for me (day and night), I would definitely stay at this hotel again, loved it!.

Poor hotel

I am staying at the hotel with my three adult children, each of us having separate rooms. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast selection was good, and we appreciated the proximity to the beach and the convenience of valet parking is excellent. However, the rooms are in serious need of renovation. There was an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom sinks, and we were constantly disturbed by a neighbor who played loud music. Despite complaining three times, the issue is not resolved. I was also surprised that we were given an adjoining room with another guest, which seemed unnecessary since we had booked three rooms, surely an adjoining room with one of my children would have been more appropriate. Overall, while there were some positives, the noise and room conditions detracted from what could have been a much better stay. We won’t be staying at the hotel again, and I don’t recommend staying here.

Food in the hotel buffet is amazing. All staff are very good. In particular chef Garau is exceptional, he took care of all my allergies and his food is wonderful. Hotel in general is very good pool facilities are nice and your room is always clean. Staff are always happy to help Will definitely come back.

We Dined At Moana restaurant to celebrate my birthday! The food was amazing and the ambiance was great! Gorgeous setting inside the restaurant and the staff were very attentive and welcoming! They made my birthday extra special with their lovely singing! If you are looking for a high end yet intimate experience Moana definitely is the place
