Fantastic hotel and amazing staff

The hotel is luxurious whilst not being over the top. It’s not high rise which is a massive bonus. Amazing views across the palm. The food is delicious - second to none. All al a carte restaurants are top class. Fantastic dine around menu for the half and full board options but you can have the al a carte menus and use an allowance if you choose to order off those. This is the best full board option I have been offered and there was no limit to the amount of times we went to the al a carte restaurants. Also the buffet is a very high standard and even though we don’t usually like dining in the buffet this one is much better than most. Best I’ve experienced. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you need (please note: no mini bar but you can get room service easily). Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The most outstanding feature of the hotel is the staff - they are utterly outstanding. Jessica, Asha and Hazel at Moana were amazing and we had the best service and went there several times, both for lunch and dinner. They were sad to see us leave (and we were sad to go) so that was very touching. Tad, Krishna (and Krishna’s colleague - I lost her details and so cannot give her name but they were all so lovely and attentive) and all the staff at Porterhouse steakhouse were the best. We went to the bar early evening and went back for a night cap at the end of the evening. We ate there twice and it was amazing. Top tip; make the most of the happy hours which happen at many of the bars and restaurants late afternoon/early evening. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were, again, second to none - Nabil and Hazel - but all terrific.

Moana Restaurant is a sensational experience. The food cooked to your liking snd the hospitality is outstanding. From the host Sakina to the waitress Asha who attended us and ensured we had a Signature Experience. Simply memorable especially when the service of its people combined with the food makes all the difference.

We had a memorable stay in this hotel, and my kids loved the kids club and enjoyed every session, big thanks to Carla and team, and Sally for different arts and crafts everyday the kids really had a great time. And for outdoor family activity with Shasheen. We will surely be back!!!
