Thank you for a very good 20+ day stay in rm503. Special thanks to housekeeping on 5th floor who responded to ‘please make room’ sign in morning swiftly every single day. Also thank you to F&B breakfast team - breakfast was ready & very good at 6am every day, always with a smile. And of course reception team always welcome with smile when coming & going from hotel.

This time there were some problems - despite 'do not disturb' sign in door someone (housekeeping) knocked on the door around 3 pm on 6/2/26 and disturbed my sleep. The wifi was unstable and laptop did not work well. The shower had hot water flow problem and i reported it to front desk but it was not fixed. Hot and cold water flow was erratic and shower could not get desired temperature - water was suddenly very hot to very cold
