I spent my last weekend in Bangkok and stayed in Ibis Sathorn Bangkok. Usually I go to Ibis Siam, because I have some activities in Chulalongkorn Univ and it's much more convenient to that campus from that hotel. But now, I wanted to have different experience so i chose Ibis Sathorn, and I would like to go to Lumphini Park, where i always see, everytime i take MRT. in general, this hotel is ok. very strategic and not far from MRT station, compared to Novotel Silom, which i have stayed there long time ago. It is comfy not many guest there and most of them are European. The breakfast was more simple but well prepared. The last day, because i checkeout very early, they packed the very complete breakfast for me. Overall is OK. But I this hotel does not have a roof top restaurant. i also experienced that safe deposit box could not be opened. Later on the technician came and solved the problem. It does not have a closet, while I stayed in Ibis Siam & Ibis Bratislava, they still provided a small closet for us to put our hanging clothes.
