Hotel is exceptional. Staff are super welcoming. Breakfast had variety to suit everyone’s needs and Beatrix was super friendly and kept a keen eye on the cleanliness of the tables.the view was also amazing,the hotel is just near metro stations,and emirates mall

Good room and once we arrive we found every thing is good and mr alaadin at the reception was very nice and the hotel location is very nice located very near to the County we went every were easily and the views from the room was very nice as wellll

It’s my first time staying in Novotel Al Barsha, location of the place excellent, the Front Office team are helpful, the swimming pool view is wonderful, the gym also overall I enjoyed my stay there and will come for the next time.

My stay was very exciting and i appreciated the service and everything especially housekeeping staff Isaac who cleaned my room nice. Room was clean and I had a wonderful time.Everything was well organised and i will recomend this to hotel to my fellow colleagues!

Experience is not good as the cleanliness was not done in the room and even the vegetarian food is not up to the mark. There is no veg live counter and chef who is preparing this food don't know how to make even Dosa or idli.
