Last Friday, I checked into the hotel's 2-bedroom suite, only to find that the AC inside the room wasn't working. Despite contacting maintenance, I was astounded that a renowned establishment like Novotel hadn't ensured the room's AC was functional prior to guest occupancy. After a lengthy dispute with customer service, we were relocated to another suite, yet encountered the same issue with the AC. Maintenance was summoned once more, and while they eventually rectified the cooling problem, it took some time. Furthermore, the post-maintenance state of the room left much to be desired, as the floor was left dirty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience
