Food was awful!!! Taste and variety are both one of the worst ever. Most of the other guests lacked etiquette knowledge, whether during eating, during swimming, while talking, when meeting or hanging around in the hotel, which caused huge discomfort for us! We went on a staycation for 2 days and wanted to be in a nice place and surrounded by people of the same environment as us, which unfortunately was not the case. Honestly, we felt we were in a public free hotel. Location is nice Employees are very friendly, nice, and very accommodating. That’s the only nice thing about the hotel

Toilet all drain were blocked, water was hardly going inside. No room service

It was a great stay at Novotel. All aspects reached expectations. Cleanliness and hygiene in rooms and washrooms were excellent. Thanks to Rehan and the team. The reception team, especially Abhishek, the Duty Manager, was good and explained the hotel facilities very well. Highly recommended.
