We had a great night there. Bar and restaurant are delicious food. Rooms are Very clean and nice for relaxing time. Thank you Ei Ei for excellent service at reception and help to us. I really appreciate and want to visit again. Novotel will be my top choice.10/10

I recently stayed at the Novotel Resort, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The resort offers a good balance of relaxation and activities. My room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was very cozy, and I appreciated the overall spaciousness. The receptionists and especially EI CHO was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. I highly recommend NOVOTEL for your stay.

Nice hotel but a few problems, currently building work going on in the foyer and door keys stop working each day staff are super helpful though cannot fault their eagerness to assist and help. Food and drink is good and a nice heated outside pool on the first floor

Lady at check in didn't know how to facilitate paying with points so I have to pay with card which I didn't want to do. Was due a welcome drink and room upgrade which didn't happen. Room only had 1 towel for 2 guests. 10 minutes after check in a member of staff knocked and let himself in to my room when I was getting ready to give me a fruit basket which was already in the room. Very bad stains all over the walls and bathroom smelled.

Room was very nice person were very carm thanks to them for cleaning m'y room every time support me to understand english thanks to bibek and keshav and supervisor Mr Rohit for helping us every time and keep care of us it was very nice to stay here
