Hotel standards have fallen. Room was requiring some maintenance and nit as clean as could be - reported to reception. Pool Area - changing room showers had black mould and no shampoo/ wash, reported twice but not refilled. On the Thursday evening large piles of durty towels as hind gas nit been emptied and lack of clean pool towels. Since coming home i have a throat, ear and sinus infection which was almost certainly picked up from the swimming pool. Water on the friday was murky by the time we left.

Room description appeared like two rooms in the suite but wasn’t. Not possible for both kids to sleep on the fold down sofa bed so had to get a separate zed bed in the room. Disappointed the photos seems to show two beds in the suite.
