Our Platinum membership was recognized however the benefits which were previously available in Amsterdam were not. The only benefit was the welcome drink. I understand that Accor state "benefits are only available at participating properties". Would be better if there was consistency.

Love this hotel. Really friendly helpful staff. Always supper clean. Close to the station and tram for exploring Edinburgh and Scotland.

Comfortable modern hotel conveniently situated just a couple of hundred metres from a tram stop on the line from Edinburgh Airport to the city centre. Large well-appointed room with good sized en-suite. Helpful front desk staff who quickly sorted out a problem with the coffee machine. Welcoming bar and restaurant area. Breakfast (also in the restaurant area) had a wide choice of cooked and continental foods available. Public areas (lobby, lifts, corridors etc) clean and well kept.

Due to the flight delayed, we reached the hotel at midnight and the staff called William very helpful and friendly helping our check-in smoothly.

The breakfast was the best I have had in many years and the spa was lovely and relaxing. Maybe take down some warning signs though. They are a bit weird.
