This hotel met our needs adequately. There was parking on site and a tram into the centre of Edinburgh a stone's throw away. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were all particularly excellent. They were friendly and helpful and their general manner was so very good. We were there for six nights and so we had plenty of time to form an opinion of the hotel. Whilst modern and not characterful, the staff, the service, the food, the room, the leisure facilities and the ease of getting to the city centre were all excellent.

We stayed here as a family of 4. From the start the hotel went above and beyond. This was a trip for a birthday for my daughter and the staff had left out balloons and banners alongside a card and gift. They also upgraded the room. The room was immaculate. Very well equipped including a nespresso machine. Beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very well kept and included all toiletries required. The swimming pool, gym, sauna etc were all very clean and well presented. A perfect size for a short break. Breakfast was very good and well worth the money. A very good selection of hot and cold choices. The staff made this trip what it was. Everyone from reception to the cleaning staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Location is very good as well with a quick tram journey in to the centre of town. All in all this was 5/5 and I would highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great time here at Edinburgh Park. A ton of positives that made our stay a weekend to remember. Friendly & helpful staff. Leisure facilities were great. My boys loved the pool. Live music in the bar on a night. Rooms are pleasant and we really enjoyed the breakfast. Just a 1 minute walk from the tram line. Approx 10- 15 min journey into the City Centre. We got a taxi to the Zoo on day as the weather wasn’t great which took about 10 mins but you could also get the tram to Balgreen and from there it’s apparently a 15 min walk. To summarise we had a great weekend, the hotel in general has a really pleasant feel to it therefore we’ll be back.
