m0zc Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

This is our third night here with a group of 22. On arrival we were given complimentary drinks vouchers with our keycards. I presented it tonight asking for a glass of house red, as the voucher offered. It was refused. The lady (Valentina) said she was the manager and the offer was only redeemable when we booked in. I pointed out that it didn't say so (see photo attached). It had my name on it even. She shrugged and walked away. Whatever happened to customer service? I know it's petty and, other than that, the staff are helpful and polite. The room is okay, breakfast basic but no worries. It has all been damned by the stupidity of management. Leaves a bad taste.

Perfect location in Liverpool. Hotel is beautiful, breakfast is delicious and worth adding to your stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean. Great warm shower in room. Swimming pool was a great bonus. We had food in the restaurant, wide range of foods and kids meals. Staff were very helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights, staff were friendly, rooms clean and comfortable the only main problem I had was our room faced into the public car park so found it can be noisy at times so would request another room next time.

Excellent location to Shops and docks.

We stayed here for 2 nights and overall was a decent experience. Executive room was big and spacious, with a large walk in shower and bath. Bed was a bit in the hard side for my liking however wife liked it. We didn't use the hotel bar or gym but did use the pool and sauna, which were very clean and fresh towels always available. The only downside we had with the room was a carpet stain near the bed but didn't put us off having a good experience.
