Overall the stay was pleasant. Nice pool, easy to book in for swimming. Breakfast was lovely. Hotel room was nice and clean but very very hot. The room was so hot we were unable to sleep and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. Due to being in a city centre it’s very noisy so opening the windows meant you couldn’t sleep for the noise. This did ruin our stay and for that reason we wouldn’t stay again.

Cleanliness of the room is awful

The cleaners need to be checked that they are cleaning the rooms properly. My room was full of dust and drink spilt all the curtains and marks all over the walls clearly the management and not checking up on the staff are doing their job correctly.

Stayed for 2 night, didn't get interconnected rooms as requested but upgraded to include breakfast instead

Very comfortable overnight stay with the family (8-9th Apr). Good clean room & all staff very helpful throughout our stay. Booked Dinner, Bed & Breakfast. Ltd set menu for dinner & only adults (x2) was included, not the 2 children, which wasn't expected & disappointing. However food was delicious. Kids really enjoyed the pool (1/2 hr bookings but you can stay in if Pool us not busy) & there is a Sauna too. Breakfast was fab & all you could ask for. Would definitely stay again as the hotel is also perfectly located for Liverpool 1, Albert Docks & museums. A great stay, thank you all at the Novotel 👍👍👍
