Great location and staff, rough condition

You get what you pay for! Staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the location is hard to beat, esp for the price. The room was very small and worn, thin spots in the blackout curtains, a closet you have to be a giant to use, a shower that gets everything wet. No soap for the sink, but don't worry the 3-in-1 soap for the shower is only a foot to the left. But the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. So no luxury, but workable and a good value for the area.

Ibis budget was where I have gone 2022 for celebrating the year and then 2024 and each time the place I have been offered has been one of comfort simplicity and refreshing, It has everything available for comfort and is special to me since it's in the city. The staff are kind and who I had serving me, they were very attentive and patient. This is a nice place to sleep, and the view is nice, as is the stay :) Thank you Ibis!

Good location with quick walk to Auckland waterfront and shopping district. Ammenities were a bit sparse, with only a singular, all in one (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap) being provided in the bathroom. However, the usual tea and coffee sachets were wonderful, and the room managed to be well ventilated despite being small.
