This was the perfect place to stay for one in central Auckland. It would be cosy for two but no problem if you do not spend much time in the room. Great shower, clean, excellent location, good value. There is a 15 minute loading zone immediately outside entrance so I could check in and take my bags to my room before taking my car around the block to the car park at the rear of the hotel (special rate when booking room). Helpful and friendly staff. Opening window and view of the harbour bridge were a bonus.

The hotel is very run down and the general smell of the place was awefull. I recognise it is a “budget” hotel, but this hotel is several categories below budget. We literally couldn’t stay there. Only good part was that we got a full refund without questioning.

The hotel was great. The room was quiet, comfortable and incredibly well situated. The staff were very helpful and all in all our stay was perfect. Couldn't fault anything.

Very dirty room

When entering the room, it smells damp. Theres also visible black mould on the ceiling and walls that’s been there for a substantial amount of time.
