The hotel is clean and beautiful. The food and beverages at the breakfast buffet restaurant is of good quality. All the hotel staffs provide good services with a smile. The only feedback which I hope the Hotel can improve on is the shower area. I have booked two rooms and the water strength and water temperature of both rooms are not working well. It is very difficult to adjust the temperature of the shower water and the strength of the water is weak. But overall, it is a clean and pleasant stay at this Hotel, with good smiling services from all the staffs.

We stayed as a family of 4 in a duplex suite. The spacious suite was perfect for our family, providing enough space for both children to relax in between planned activities and shopping. The hotel is perfectly located - a short walk to some brilliant shopping malls and close to the BTS station for travel by train. Upon arrival, the staff were so welcoming - this extended to each time we left and returned to the hotel throughout our stay. I was pleased with the daily cleaning and also impressed with the little touches upon arrival - the welcome chocolates, bath sachets, cookies and the little shopping bag (that proved quite handy during the stay!). The other touches like plentiful drinking water left not just in the kitchen, but the bathrooms and by the beds was also appreciated. The buffet breakfast was exceptional - an experience I would 100% return for! Our room came with access to the Piano Club, which we adored! There was a good rotation of canapés, with the menu changing each day. The only disappointment for us was that the lounge use was impacted by a private function one day, which also meant my husband and I missed the chance to enjoy a cocktail in the lounge sans children after dinner - something I’d unfortunately reserved doing until our last night there. If making a booking with lounge access, I would recommend asking at the time of check-in if access will be limited at all throughout your stay. The last thing worth mentioning is that the room service menu is excellent - something for all tastes, including burgers for the children. The prawn pad Thai was impressive! Good to know that you can “dine in” and thoroughly enjoy your meal if arriving late in the day, as was the case for us.
