Nightmare!!! We booked a triple room with 3 adults and our 1 year old baby. Earlier before check in we had called in the reception that we will have late check in. We had a long travel with our 1 year old. When we entered the reception it was very dull and boring, The person who checked us in did not have smile on their face, no welcome feeling, no breakfast options or timing informed during our check in. Very rude just wanted to get their shift done and said we have a room gor 3 adults only need to book a separate room for our 1 year old, leaving us no option we decided that my husband will leave after shower as we have relatives in Hounslow, no one in reception told us about the visiting hour. We entered the room the room is very tiny and very hot, cant fit baby stroller in the room hardly space to move around. Soon we wanted to take shower but the room was not ready there were no soaps in our room. We went to get it from reception the lady took time to give us soap, I took shower and then my husband was getting ready to take shower, someone knocks our door 30 mins after check in that someone from the room needs to go right now. When asked why no one informed us about did the visiting hour the receptionist and the staff instead feeling apologetic said we will cancel the room, and said only 3 adults are allowed in the room. Usually I would have booked another room but the way we were treated at the reception we dint wanted another room. Whenever we asked them anything they dint have good answers, on top the rude receptionist said she had a long day too. The attitude towards us was very bad told us they will cancel the room because of our one year old child. Total ripe off this hotel. Will never book in this hotel again. I personally come from the same background of customer service but this is no way I would ever treat my customers. I just suggest better service from the staff, explain the timing, try to calm the situation instead of only making money and fool out of customers.

Just arrived from Ukraine at midnight , exited for breakfast in the morning after many hours if travelling however got disappointed as not too many choices like other hotels. The staff is also not okay as I was stiiting at the table with my kids and eating , the staff was shouting talking loud and listening to music also repeatedly saying kurva which my kids heard and kept repeating. The rooms and beds were comfortable and very good for the price we paid the kids were happy as they found swans on the bed . We paid for breakfast and could only get coffee and hot chocolate for the kids in the morning so we paid for nothing really.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Good location to walk to Twickenham Stadium.

£169 for one night is not a budget price especially not for this place. Had trouble checking in because staff did not understand that Bob is a short form of Robert in English! Beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom non existent sink in room, very odd shower also in room. No tea making. Agist staff attitude was not appreciated by us. If its got Ibis on it we certainly won't be using it

Everyone was so helpful and kind we only booked for 2 weeks but booked other stay as we love it at that hotel. The cleaner are friendly and know what you need before you ask and the team is too. I'll definitely be coming back, amazing place and lovely hotel
