Although I appreciate that this was a budget hotel I didn’t expect our room to smell musty and had mould all round the window and various other places where it had been painted over badly. Luckily it was just for one night but would not have stayed longer.

I recently stayed at the Ibis budget with my young granddaughter. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and my granddaughter loved the bunk bed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

very nice staff. noor and edith checked me in and they guided us how to take transportation and to london as well. the area was nice and the room was clean too. it was nice staying here. i’ll definitely come back here. i recommend this place if you wanna hang around as there are lot of shopping sites

Security issue

This premises is risky with security issue, I left money bank note of £370 on the table in my room went down to lobby for breakfast, and when came back the money were gone, but had to check out soon leaving for airport, didn’t had time to argue for the matter. Being an Accor Plus member trying to stay within accor group hotel, as what we had done travelling around UK. We chosed this hotel for an over night and closer to airport before leaving the country. This is our first trip to London not well knowledgable to the area. But always except that hotel under accor management is reliable. That assumption has to be revised.

I have travelled the world staying in anything and everything from luxury to budget hotels. This was awful. Positives, good location near Hounslow Central tube with shops and restaurants and a supermarket on your doorstep. WIFI worked well. Comfortable bed and that is it. Room was dirty nor was it cleaned properly each day I was there. Sink did not drain properly which caused the room to smell. One socket in the room? Seriously?! Breakfast was average for a Continental buffet but pricey (you need to pay to have this). Some staff were pleasant but others were more concerned on just having positive feedback or their names mentioned in reviews! It was almost like it was a competition amongst them. They refused to keep my baggage initially after checking out. In all my years travelling, this was the first time I was told this. When I protested, they wanted to charge me which was a joke. I protested again and they agreed to keep it with no charge. With a late night flight, was I meant to walk around London with a huge bag the whole day? When I came to collect it, there were loads of other bags they had kept so why did I have an issue? Don't bother.
