Could have improved your standards. There was no one around to take our heavy suitcases to your room instead the staff was more interested in selling their buffet breakfast. Room sizes are ok but carpet had stains and need replacement.

Stayed overnight for a conference in London. Room was lovely and clean, although temperature control not ideal (I sleep hot blooded to be fair!) and it was wonderful to have the leisure centre to pop down to in the evening - as was midweek I had the pool to myself. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Good location a short work from Paddington Station, with restaurants and a few shops very close. Check in was easy and simple, staff friendly and helpful. We'd requested a baby cot in our room, so when we got there and there wasn't one, reception quickly arranged for one to be sent up. The member of staff put it together in the room with little disruption, so that was very good. Facilities were good, and room size was great for London - considering there were 2 adults, a child and a baby we still had plenty of room. Check out was also very easy and the lovely lady on reception gave my 3year old a little turtle teddy which she adores. All in all a good stay.

Nice hotel. Good location. Not impressed with asking to have a key re-flashed for my room and not even being asked to confirm my name, never mind identification. Seems incredibly insecure of reception staff.

When spending ages in hotel, the signature of them is super important. The rooms are too aseptic for me, give high level of impersonal stay, even cold atmosphere. Its not a cheap hotel so expected more emphatic approach

The hotel is ok, but bedrooms are quite old and mattress is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Mattress is thin and pretty old. Pillows are not good quality. Additionally my breakfast was charged twice and they charged me another rate thank what I have in my reservation. They told me was a problem between systems (I booked through my company platform) but anyways, had to asked 3 or 4 times the front desk. Jessica from Front desk was the one that came with an answer and she provided a good service but the rest was a bad experience. It’s my second time at Novotel Paddington and probably my last one.

Bit underwhelming. No locks on toilet/bathroom doors. No complimentary drinking water in room. Very limited channels/ entertainment on TV. No complimentary breakfast at this price point. Pros:- Bartender and reception staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Nice options in surrou ding areas for dining and to chill. Very clean and quiet place. Will give it again a try

Stayed many times and never had an issue but this time my friend stayed on the sofa bed and it collapsed and he injured his back. Evening staff in my opinion should of offered another room but they never which resulted in us not getting much sleep at all. I personally didn’t feel that the night should of been paid for but I paid it as gave a good relationship with the hotel. I would strongly advise that the sofa beds are only used for children as they are in no way safe or suitable for adults. The hotel itself is always immaculate and staff are extremely welcoming. I think we should of been offered a free night as a gesture of goodwill.

We had room 1117, the room as at the top floor. Throught the day and night, there is a continous buzzing noise comming from outside of the room. Very noticable during the night. I expected better form a Novotel hotel.

The interior has seen better days, light in room not really adjustable between work and cosy atmosphere, fridge light was blinking all the time- very disturbing, no water, nothing in the minibar, super small cupboard. Smelly hallway.

Really enjoyed my stay at Novotel London Paddington. The staff was very friendly and got an upgrade to an executive room which definitely improved the experience. Also, thanks for the kind words the hotel manager wrote for me regarding my loyalty to the Accor hotels, much appreciated and obviously just makes me want to plan my next stay. Thank you!

I do not understand why it is necessary to remove complimentary bottles of water. It costs 10p per bottle to buy at Lidl, I am sure it will be cheaper to a large hotel chain like Novotel. A room costs well over £100, most of the times I pay over £150! Having to drink water from a bathroom in a paper cup is disgusting! There used to be coffee machines in guest rooms, these have been removed too.

Coffee machines are available in the executive rooms therefore, I can only assume that the room reserved during your stay was a Superior Standard room in which case a Nespresso machine would not be available in the room you stayed. Once again, when I arrived at the hotel the staff remembered me. All staff were very polite. Ordered food via the app, within half hour at my room with hot piping food. A simple task, however most hotels I stay in get the above so wrong. Keep up the good work Novotel.

we had a great time here rooms are very nice, very well designed and very comfortable. we appreciated being able to have the children in an adjoining room and the family package deal. we also thought the breakfast deal was great for families too and appreciated the efforts that went into thinking about that. would definitely go back!
