The staff were extremely helpful during our event, particularly Ajay and Vaishnav. They were always on hand with whatever we needed and their availability to help was inspiring. I have no doubt that the rest of the staff has the same attitude. Excellent standard of service.

Had an excellent stay at Sofitel. First impression itself was beautiful. They has decorated the entire place with Christmas decor and had arranged a kids play area too. Sakshi T. was of great help and she was so friendly with my 5 year old, she kept asking for Sakshi every time while crossing the reception area. Room was comfortable with all necessary amenities. Ultra modern bathroom with excellent fittings and a tub. Hotel staff was warm and always wore smile. Lifeguard near pool area was also helpful. We throughly enjoyed breakfast buffet. Everything we asked for was either available or they made for us. And every item was delicious. Dinner at their restaurant Tuskers was again amazing and staff helpful. Will recommend this hotel not only for address and easy accessibility but also for a memorable stay and good food.

We stayed in 1213. Club Team was wonderful. Took good care of us. Need special mention of Team Leader Melwyn and Sakshi. Thanks to them for making our stay memorable. We will come back and recommend to our friends! Best wishes. Bhavani Dhinagaravale

Excellent testy jain pizza and pasta dish available. Also jain salads available in good combination of vegetables. Good service by Mr mandar in pondicherry Restaurant. 29th November come for Dinner. Eagless pastry available in Dark chocolate.

Firstly, it’s is a beautiful place…. Absolutely blew us away! Front desk manager Darshan explained all the treatments avaliable. Then my wife and I chose aromatherapy massage. The rooms were wonderful too! Jennifer and valine gave us wonderful massages. Great therapy and ambience. If you’re ever in Mumbai and looking for a great place to get a massage amd just relax , please visit Sofitel in BKC, you will not regret the experience
