Nice Ambience, clean rooms, Good Staff, Amazing Food by their super chefs. Enjoyed staying there for 4 days and we got a room with nice outer view. Hotel is located in very good area and has very calm surroundings as well. No doubt a very good place to stay with family and for business trips as well.

The hotel is spacious and not crowded. One thing to look for this time of pandemic. Frontdesk Officers are courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick although had problems accessing the Club but was fixed soon. Rooms are clean, spacious. I understand why its not fully loaded and would need to request (kettle, flat iron). Club - food and personnel are great. The facilities are fully operational. Food at the cafe is great - mostly India food and very little continental.

Already explained to Mr Gaurav & other team members for my bad experience. 1)During Check-in information not provided about hotel facilities timing. 2) restaurant closed @ 11.00 pm this part cannot be explained in writing. 3) without checking for late check out available the executive directly tells me i have to pay. 4) although breakfast included the desk executive without checking tells that it is not included. 5) Above whole incident is complete repetition of my stay in sofitel on 27th august 2019(pre covid) It is just being copied without error. 4) Mr gaurav tried to convince & he had also waived of Rs. 4130/- bill amount which i had insisted that i will pay till the last moment. I had come to enjoy & hav a good time not to complain but things came up from every department & was really sad that i decided to not use my late checkout & move out of the property as soon as possible.

Great location, just couple of minutes from US consulate so if you are going for visa interview, this is the place to stay. Service is good. Food is very good. Gujarati thali was awsome, though little pricey. Need to add some options for ala carte menu.

Disappointing

For a business traveller, the food service - especially dinner/ breakfast make a huge difference. And both were quite disappointing, especially at artisan. Food & service at artisan is worse than a roadside dhaba. The main breakfast buffet had chaotic table service. Once again felt like a canteen. Tables weren't serviced and/or cleared for long durations. Another disappointment was the unavailability of the pool in the evenings to relax. Given that sofitel is located in the business district with no nearby pharmacies - for basic OTC Medication, it was quite a challenge to get cure for a stuffy nose or a sore throat - no Medication other than paracetamol available. Also the furnishings, are a little scratchy in the room. Although it didn't feel like a 5-star luxury stay, the room was comfortable, the staff polite and the stay pleasant.

Swimming pool was shut without notice

Even though I had specifically mentioned in advance the purpose of my stay was to explore and enjoy the amenities such as swimming pool and spa with my spouse the hotel authorities did not confirm that the pool would be shut for maintenance. When I was informed about the same during checkin was told that the pool would be available from the next day at 6 am but when I visited it the next day was told that it was not yet functional. Really dissatisfied even after being an Accor member for more than 5 years now will not renew this year for sure.

Attitude of most of all staff is not up to expected slandered, I think since it was compilatory stay as Accord member , but they must keep in mind this is not FRRE, we have paid for membership card much more then room coast..

We had a 10 ppl booking at tuskers along with the room as a celebration. Tuskers surely was not woth it. they were not even willing to give a butter milk while we paid 20K+ just to meet with each other without even having the whole meal and no deserts. Overall - was alright. not the best.
