Good hotel, nice people but perhaps understaffed. There's room for improvement in service standards. Accor group in general is classy and provides good value for money. Accor Live Limitless is one of the best loyalty programs.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in BKC for one to stay - both for work and leisure. I have stayed at this hotel extensively and what makes it special is its staff - right from its front desk going up to the hotel’s GM. Extremely caring and attentive staff. In room dining is good but the breakfast spread is lavish. Also, it’s a good option for long stay since it’s location is right in the middle of BKC with all the key corporate offices around. Highly recommended and I hope the staff continue to do the good work. Five stars from my end!

While the rest of the experience was good, I was surprised that your In Room Dining refused to send me an empty quarterplate and knife. I was hoping to be able to cut some fruit. I was told that even an empty quarterplate would be charged at Rs 200+taxes. This is unheard of and such a poor experience.

We have stayed on many occasions at this property. Its one of Accor's prime property. Welcome drink voucher does not allow alcoholic drink. All across India Accor members welcome drink allows alcoholic beverage, Don't know why this discrepancy. Although being a Saturday the dinner buffet at Pondichery cafe was awful. Not fresh at all, no taste, poor variety. They need to tremendously improve on food quality.

Beautiful rooms, good facilities. Only problem was we requested two sets of cutlery and it took 4 reminder calls, 30 mins to get them. by that time our food was cold and we couldn't enjoy our meal. but somehow we ended up paying 250 INR for the 2 spoons and 2 forks.

I was extremely satisfied with the room and bathroom size, cleanliness, tidiness and decor over all. The main reason I have rated 8 is because I would have liked to be able to avail internet while waiting for the room in the main lobby. Coming from an international country its not easy to get access to mobile network on the first day plus since we were not given early check-in even after requesting; it made it VERY INCONVENIENT for us not to be able to access internet to search for things in the area etc. Otherwise, the staff is very helpful.
