It was a a business travel with you. The room (#623) was spacious but I would prefer to have a room with clear dimensions (square shaped) and a better outside view. Reception desk and the service providers for our conference were very courteous and had a pleasant smile all through our longish stay (from 10 AM till 6 PM) Icing on the cake was the sumptuous breakfast spread of yours! Amazing choices, well thought and carved out dishes for all preferences (myself being a vegetarian). All in all, I had a great stay and would prefer to have a staycation alongwith my family (but only if my budget permits :-))

My parents and I book the hotel each time we come to mumbai for a visit. Generally very good, pleasant staff and clean rooms. This time unfortunately we did have a few issues with the breakfast which was unpleasant. Not sure if the issue was too many customers at the same time or a general lack in interest in the staff there to provide a good service

Very low standard hotel during COVID-19 pandemic

Some staff at Sofitel hotel has very low COVID-19 precaution awareness, especially all staff in the G/F breakfast place. They did not wear mask, or put the mark to cover the chin, they touch their mask then serve me without sanitizing their hands. This is unacceptable level of low hygiene awareness. I complained to the front desk once on day 2 of my stay, but hotel staff did not show any improvement till day 8 when I checked out.
