If I could give 0 stars I would. My daughters booked into stay at this hotel age 23 and 17 they were turned away because my daughter is 17! The website clearly states under 18 be accompanied by an adult which she was. This hotel left my daughters stranded with nowhere to stay clearly they don’t think about the safety of customers in a busy city. Disgusting customer service with no empathy towards a difficult situation which the staff put my daughters in.

Only one night. Room was clean with sufficient tea and coffee. Staff friendly. Breakfast fry up could have been hotter.

The location of IBIS Brighton is indisputably one of the best in town. The hotel - over the years - has started showing signs of wear and tear. The pillow cases, the linen, the towels, all seem aged and tired. Cleanliness is ok, though definitely could be improved, regarding mainly the bathroom and under the bed. The personnel is doing the best they can, but I feel that in every of my visits, they get younger, less experienced and with less decision making power. It is the first time that in a hotel I was asked to pay for storing my suitcase, but this is clearly a new policy of the hotel. During my stay, the second elevator was out of order. This created delays especially during busy hours. I would like to see these "less great" points improved, since I would like to remain a loyal customer.
