The located was idea for my needs and the breakfast was very good with a great selection. I did however find the bed a tad bit uncomfortable. Overall a good service.

An amazing location, walking distance to everything. Room was clean and tidy. Had a misunderstanding with parking that discount was not added on a token but probably technical issue.

Very disappointed with the standard of room especially considering the amount charged for one nights stay. I have stayed in better hostels. To call the room basic would be understating it. A plus is that the room was clean , which is as positive as I can be. This is the first ( and last ) staying at an Ibis

My stay was marred by the fact that, while my loyalty card was a Gold membership, it has been reduced to Classic during the pandemic. My husband and I are both 70 and certainly did not wish to put ourselves at risk by travelling before we were vaccinated. I find your decision very disappointing.

Our stay was generally good but on arrival at the hotel were informed that late checkouts weren't allowed for the following day despite having the room booked for over a year and this being one of the reasons that we booked the Ibis. Thankfully as we had checked in online, this was eventually honoured but this caused unnecessary stress throughout the stay as the same conversation had to be had with housekeeping the following day. Beyond this issue it was a pleasant stay and we had a quiet room as requested.

We booked an early checkin at 9am as we had a wedding at lunch time, we arrived to find they had no room available as the cleaners don’t start till 10am , The manager said she would sort something out , she did we had to get changed and freshened up an the staff changing rooms Will NEVER use again..

Hotel is situated close to the train station and just short walk away from shopping Center and beach.Staff is very helpful and friendly.We really enjoyed our stay.Breakfast offered good selection of food.All area very clean and well Covid maintained.

Hotel situated very close to the station and a number different bus routes start at the stop outside the hotel.. The city centre is a short walk away. There is a good choice of pubs ,shops and restaurants near the hotel. Very clean and comfortable room especially the bed. Friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Lovely big room about a 2 min walk from the station. Star very helpful and friendly. Had room service free of charge and really nice food. So easy to get to The Lanes and the seafront. Had a great stay Thanks!

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was excellent. The location was great for getting around via train,bus or on foot. A cooked English breakfast would have been a nice option on the menu but other than that it was great and we will definately stay again

Bed was very uncomfortable. I suggest you get new mattress toppers. Ask the Holliday Inn in Brighton what they use. I didn't like the sticks to use with tea and coffee. You've not had proper teaspoons for a while and it's getting worse. I can't measure sugar to put in my coffee with a stick.

Thank you for staying with us again! We are so sorry that you do not find comfortable the Ibis standard beds. Of course we do have teaspoons however due to COVID-19 we do use disposable items .
