I only stayed one night but it was a restful night. The bar in the lobby was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating as I had twisted my ankle prior to arriving. They provided ice so I could treat it.

Very noisy . One cup for coffee one coffee satchel and two sugars for two people. Half a carton of milk. Got attitude when ask for extra cup for coffee.

The location is great and well designed for business people who only want the room to sleep in however when I rang to enquire about staying with three adults, one 15 yr old and two children 6 and 4, I was advised it would be two rooms, 1 child in each with a queen bed and chase, i accepted this. no other option was offered. At the room the Queen bed was made and towels provided for two people. When requesting the linen from the service desk, for both rooms, after explaining why it was required, we were given an abrupt statement of that is not what the chase is designed for and made to feel that we had booked the wrong room. It was advised that there are special rooms for families, this had not been mentioned at the time of booking. The staff member offered to check the availability of the family room, but the next day advised it was not available. Unfortunately this did take from the experience especially as the booking was directly through the hotel and not a third party. I do have to say the coffee in the cafe was fantastic.

We also apologies if our communication at reception came across as abrupt — this was certainly not our intention.
