Been staying here for years and had mostly positive experiences. This trip in a whole was good however it was let down by the lack of effort welcome gift and the cleaners gloves that were left on the seat. No gift would have been would attract less attention. Than pitting 5 Nespresso pods on a plate 😂 Then to receive a phone call to question what was wrong with it and what I would like made me feel no one wanted to have a crack at their job. Some lovely gifts were eventually left and were appreciated. Shouldn’t have been that hard. The other moment that didn’t sit great for me was paying &80 to have my son’s swim coach join us in the lounge to enjoy a couple of satay sticks and a coke. I would like to compliment the staff from Bacar at breakfast and dinner. They did a great job.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Pullman in Sydney Olympic Park. The staff were very helpful at all times. The service was amazing. We stayed in the executive suite which exceeded our expectations. The access to the executive lounge was a wonderful perk and something we utilised frequently throughout our stay. The buffet breakfast was impressive and the staff were very attentive in offering coffees and/or customised omelettes.

Special mention to our Vallet/Concierge on check in, he was so helpful and kind and was lovely to my two daughters, he made them feel part of the experience and they are still talking about how kind he was. Also the desk team member that checked us out, he was very accommodating and friendly. He joked with my girls and again made them feel like part of the experience. We were very impressed with the extra level of service.

The room was nice and check-in was quick and easy, which made for a good start to the stay. The only issue was that the room was quite warm and a little stuffy. Even with the air conditioning set to 18°C, it didn’t seem to cool the room properly. Interestingly, the hallway outside the room was noticeably cooler. I mentioned the issue to the concierge desk, and they said they would arrange for someone to look into it while we were out. However, we weren’t advised afterwards whether anyone had checked it or if anything had been done. Overall, the stay was good, but the room temperature was disappointing and could be improved.

Room well set out with comfy bed, nice big bathtub and desk to work at. Located within walking distance of Bicentennial Events centre, local cafes options for breakfast. Room service over-priced and a little disappointing.

Fantastic customer service, Great location. Clean. Beautiful food. And Valet service was so handy. I can’t fault your team one bit. From Lucy in reservations to Tomaso (Italian guy) at check-in and another gentleman at concierge (older NZ guy-Manly supporter) and a young guy at Valet service when we arrived. Just amazing service. Polite, engaging, helpful and accommodating.
