A man unknown to me was let into my Pullman suite around midnight Sat 16th March. It was very difficult to persuade him to leave. I could not get through to hotel staff on the room phone. I called the hotel number on my mobile and got someone who said they were at the Novotel and would get somebody at the Pullman to contact me. Nobody did. There was no chain or bolt I could use on the door. I told a staff member about my experience on checkout and she took notes and said she would refer it to management. I have heard nothing in over a week since.

Our experience was ordinary. The room smelt like a gymnasium. The3 cleanliness of the room was average with the carpet putrid. The best part were the extra large towels. Directions given at your front desk were ordinary until the last day. Not knowing where your nearest supermarket was considering it was a block away is poor. Directions to park the car were poor and information to exit parking area with no information supplied that the front desk had to register the ticket and not doing it until I walked back.

Love the place so much. Located in the heart of Olympic park and opposite of Aquatic centre, took my daughter and she loved very much. Very clean, spacious room for our stay.

Stay here for all concerts as the staff are lovely and very accomodating. Close to the stadiums and in walking distance is a bonus. Breakfast lovely and many choices available.

Stayed here yo attend Royal Easter Show. Great to be close by. Hotel obviously very busy and charges reflected high demand. Room was lovely however public areas of hotel such as restaurant looked tired( broken chairs in restaurant scratched tables etc.) Breakfast average and not replenished adequately. No visible management overseeing the very busy morning shift- they needed help to manage the crowd. Understaffed? Not Pullman standard.
