Excellent food quality and presentation of buffet and a la carte. I have relationship with this hotel for years. My extreme kudos to Mr. Shabbir in particular, he always being so humble and professional. Even entire team is amazing.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was amazing. Special mention to Mr. Deepak Mali who took amazing care to ensure a clean room for the stay with all the necessities.

Worst housekeeping staff possible. They got into the room with one knock while we were inside. Then claimed they were knocking for 30 seconds. After we complained they decided to be vengeful and kept our packet of half eaten food outside the room for over 6-8 hours and everything started stinking. Despite complaining multiple times at 12 AM midnight no one cleared it for an hour until I threatened pictures on social media and escalation. I have photos of how they left the food tray outside. No one even bothered apologising. Even during the checkin the staff at the counter were indifferent while we waited they were busy discussing some novels they were reading. Made us wait until their chit chat was over. Have stayed at multiple Ibis hotels worldwide and have never had to ever complain. This was the WORST hotel experience I've had ever. Even cheap Oyos have better service standards than this excuse of a hotel.

Terribly claustrophobic, ugly, small rooms, not made for human beings. Kennels of the pet hotels have bigger sizes!! The one who designed it probably loves the idea of new world order, when globalists will treat us all like cattle, not humans. The worst hotel I have been to, I was feeling like suffocating.
