My door key caused me a problem, even when a new key was programmed. Perhaps a demonstration lockset might be installed in reception so that clients, unfamiliar with the use of the card keys could be shown the right way and speed to pass it through, would be helpful. Also an internal telephone to reception would be appreciated.

All weeks can be getting on full breakfast bag by the receptionist. Easy to spacious location access. Linked to the amenities meet setdown. French Receptionist were too obstacles face toward us.

i am very happy with the staff they are very friendly and welcoming i am a regular customer at this hotel i book a room every 2 weeks the only thing that concerns me is paying for the shower gel i believe this should be free for regular customers but overall i am very happy with the service

when i made the booking nobody told me that the hotel only accepts card payments only i had cash only and the hotel would not accept cash payment so i had to get a taxi as my 2nd guest did not have his bank card with him the taxi cost me £20 in total and my guest was very unhappy and so was i can you please give me some compensation for taxi fare the stress and time waisting this caused me i am a regular customer i book a hotel room every 2 weeks i hope to hear from you soon many thanks
