1st off miss information when it came to doors been locked and 2nd our sheets where stained and there was a brown stain near the chair that was on our room and as for the road well nothing to do with ibis but yikes

On each of my four day stays when I returned to the hotel my key wouldn't work. On two of these occasions I had food with me which was then cold by the time this had been rectified. Apparently the hotel didn't have a record of how long I was staying but this didn't appear to be a problem at check-in. On my day of departure I was woken by a member of staff at 8 am who asked if I was checking out that day and instructed me i needed to be gone by midday. The whole visit after check-in felt like I really wasn't welcome. Disappointing to see the vast majority of staff members not wearing masks when in the building especially with the area having increasingly high infection rates.

Negative: - despite having private parking still charging for it is a rip off (15min-free if not paying) - lights facing the windows - noise from the road - lack of toilet brush and cleaning staff not bothered to clean WC too - lack of control over AC (heating/cooling) only set one way - guests not adhering to Covid-19 regulations and staff not bothered about it - kettle in the room would be nice Positive: + OK location but that depends what you are after + close to shops (opposite site of the road) + nicely organised bathroom making room more spacious + comfortable bed + cheep

We stayed at the hotel for three nights from 29th of May. Receptionist had a cold attitude and just gave us the keys and showed us the directions to the room after taking the money, it was around 10:30pm. What an appalling service. Room: When we entered the room, we were shocked to see it was a disabled room, full of cobwebs in the room and bathroom, plenty of spiders on the walls and floor. The floor was full of leftover food, used earbuds. The linen was full of dust and the bunk bed was full of hair and leftover food. One of the lights in the room and toilet was out of order, which made the room dark and dingy. The sink tap was loose and would revolve around. The shower bracket was broken and was hanging. The shower drain was full of hair. The room and the bathroom smelled as if there was a dead rat. I went to the receptionist and asked why I was given a disabled room and she told me "You requested a bigger room." I never even asked for a bigger room, I asked for a quieter room. The room was very noisy as it was next to reception and facing the main road, opposite to what I requested. I asked to change my room due to the above conditions and they told me they were fully booked and gave me a hoover to clean the room myself. It took me 45 minutes to hoover the room and bathroom (pictures can be found on Tripadvisor and Google Reviews). After finishing the cleaning around midnight, I went to reception to ask for the wifi as it wasn't working. I saw two other guests standing there already asking for the wifi and they were not happy. The night manager told us to use our mobile data as he's doing the same. I think Accor needs to look into it as I think this kind of attitude is not acceptable. I could not sleep as I could feel the dust in the linen. Due to the smell in the room, we decided to open the window and we could hear the noise of cars all night. Housekeeper came to my room next day as I requested for the linen to be changed as I can tell from my experience working in hotels in UK for the last 10 years that the linen was not changed in ages. She gave a me very dirty look as we were still in the room and she told me that they only have 8 minutes to clean the room and very few staff and this is a cheap hotel and what more do I expect. I was shocked as she was literally screaming in the corridor. I told General Manager of the hotel on departure about my experience of the room and showed him pictures I took. His attitude was no different then his staff. He told me that apparently Bradford is a tropical place (hilarious). Hence, we should expect spiders in the room. What a joker!!! I'm a Le Club member and always stayed in Accor hotels with my family and an Ex Accor employee. However, this is the first time that I'm really disappointed by the hopeless service provided by this Franchise hotel, quite contrary to Accor standards and promise.

Very budget hotel. Toilet wouldnt flush. In the night alot of comotion in the hall way and outside for hours. Loud banging and all sorts. No security. Reception didnt answer our calls and said Reception was busy. At 4am? Really?? No complimentary coffee as i told them we had been up 3am. They said they did jave others complain too. Lady at the reception didnt even apologise. Cancelled our second night thank god i had 2 seperate bookings for each day. Forgot to mention could feel the bed base through the mattress thats hoe thing it was. Maybe a topper definitely not a mattress...

Never stayed in an Ibis budget before, and have to say it will be the last. I will be sticking with Premier Inn and Holiday Inn. Ibis could learn a thing or 2 from either these chains.

Shithole full of foreign drunk one night there was a couple screaming down corridor in a foreign language 3 in morning.went to reception in morning ignorant reception fella calling me a liar then said it was a family of four came in late full of it told me then I should have complained at night then with a stupid smirk on his face said he remembered it then gave the rubbish mentioned above about family, as I was leaving later that morning the couple were at it again outside front entrance.i complained to head office no response also beds and rooms awful

Having been to the hotel several times before when visiting family. This time I was very disappointed.The room had been smoked in. The bedding was stained and the under sheet mattress protector had blood marks on. The member of staff who checked us in on the day of arrival was rude and in patient when I went to check my car registration number she tutted and sighed. I work in the holiday industry and this is unacceptable.

quiet room clean towels, clean comfy beds car parking extra cost (tiny amount) adequate continental breakfast very reasonable price. would have likes a second cup of coffee though as cup was quite small. staff pleasant. Dirty mark on the sink and something sticking to outside shower screen but no real problem all in all great value for price. This is 2nd time using this hotel and will return here if staying in the area. recommended

We saw the hotel above the Road, but then circled the city, looking for the approach. We found this driving in the opposite direction main road, requiring an official U turn. They Hôtel approach is tricky to spot. The approach looks like a lay-by with a 70 degree backwards slip road, then a confusing 3 way option to the carpark. We saw no signs at key points on this approach. We were asked to pay £3 to park! “It’s all on the web site!”

Advertised as book two nights and get third free, however this was not the case, so false advertising. Charged car parking when the website said this is free during lockdown so again false advertising. general manager had no customer service skills whatsoever.

when i made the booking nobody told me that the hotel only accepts card payments only i had cash only and the hotel would not accept cash payment so i had to get a taxi as my 2nd guest did not have his bank card with him the taxi cost me £20 in total and my guest was very unhappy and so was i can you please give me some compensation for taxi fare the stress and time waisting this caused me i am a regular customer i book a hotel room every 2 weeks i hope to hear from you soon many thanks
