Arrived at the hotel only to be met by workmen who informed me that the hotel was closed for three months. Begs the question why accepting booking if long term closure? However, following a phone call they did arrange alternate accommodation at a nearby hotel - so only had minimal inconvenience overall

I was informed by a letter under the door that the hotel was being closed 'due to government restrictions', and I would need to leave the following morning. Alternative accomodation was not directly offered, and I had to ask at reception repeatedly to secure a different hotel for the remaining nights on my booking. On arriving at the new hotel, I found that the ibis receptionist had booked, but not paid for the new room, and only after two long phone calls to ibis and some embarrasment with the new hotel, ibis paid for the room and I was able to check in.

Noise all night, security knocking on doors at all hours of the morning asking people to be quiet. A security alert outside my window going off all the time. I stayed here passing through as a driver and left extremely tired with a full day of driving ahead of me

Awful awful awful

Do not stay here. Located a short walk ALONG A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY from Bradford stations. I was promised a room with a window and treated to a VIEW OF A PYLON. The room comes with no mod cod except A TINY PIECE OF SOAP. The shower didn’t actually work so it wasn’t any use anyway. No tea, no coffee, one thin bed cover, plastic sheeting on the bed and signs everywhere warning me not to steal anything. H the room was dirty too. And cold. Find a bus shelter and save yourself £30, e experience won’t be significantly different.
