The place is not well located and not well lit. Since they don't have adequate staff, they don't keep all gates open and guests have to walk extra just to checkin. Also, don't provide any water in room and have to go an collect everything you need. Due to inadequacy of staff, you have to wait a lot for simple things. Breakfast options are worse than A&O hostels of Europe. So would not recommend anyone.

Well located and decent value but in need of upgrades

I generally like staying here because of free parking and value for money. However we were really disappointed by the paper cups. We literally had drinks spilling out of them. I understand you’re probably trying to reduce waste but why not have glass then or at least stronger paper cups? Also some staff members are friendly while others don’t even exchange a word and seem like they can’t be bothered to work there.

Hotel rooms and corridors are a bit dated, staff friendly, breakfast nothing special but OK ( what ever happened to full size croissants), bed and room comfortable.

A little disappointing that the bar and restaurant were closed as it was Friday. And there were no more croissants, and generally not that much left, for breakfast at 08:30. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Me and my family enjoyed the staying at Mercure Ivry. Well located, kindness people in a cheap cost compared with other hotels during olympic games season. I would like to remark the kindness and attencion provided by Mrs. Dominike in the front desk. She was very helpful by provinding coordination for metro and how to achieve our destination. Very kind with kids and surely she was one of the best person we ever met in Paris during our vacation season. We really want to meet with her again in our next staying! Merci!!!
