The beds were comfortable and everything was okay. It was quiet in the night and we had a good sleep. There's not much storage space, but the bunk bed in the family room acted as storage. There were some downsides. The air conditioning was pretty weak and it was a relief to get out in the mornings after getting ready. If you visit in the hottest time in the summer and expect a cool room, this might not be the hotel for you. There was no fridge. I liked the sport theme in the hotel and the exercises in the staircase, my kid and I made a game of them. I recommend this if you are travelling when it's not very hot and if it doesn't take you a long time to get ready before going out in the morning.

This hotel has no actual bathrooms, the sink is in the room, near the bed and the shower door is transparent and has a door pointing to a mirror. The wc has a “door” which has openings at the top and bottom so all sounds and/or smells are as if the door didn’t exist. There is no kind of privacy or decency, only choose this hotel if traveling alone.

I have been part of a group (Eu project space nest). Despite the request of paying 2 months in advance i did not receive the invoices. I returned several days after my stay to ask for the invoice and the promise to send it to me were not kept at this day.

The hotel is very centrally located with just a short walk into Malaga centre. There is a very convenient car park also below the hotel that you can use for €12 for 24hr if using the hotel. It is quite small however so do be ware of how many spaces there are. It is clearly a budget hotel, the room wasn’t the comfiest but it was clean, the staff were friendly and it did the job for a night.

Hotel located a short walk from the historic centre of Malaga. The parking was directly below the hotel, which offers a discount rate for parking. Our room was spotlessly clean & a reasonable size, the bed was comfortable, the AC, for heating, was quiet & easy to use. Altogether an enjoyable stay

The staff at the Ibis budget hotel in Malaga are welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable it had a separate toilet and a good shower with plenty of hot water. There was a small breakfast included and It was only a short walk to the city centre

Stayed 4 nights. Comfortable room/bed etc. Good location. A leisurely 5 minutes walk into the heart of the tourist area. Staff polite and helpful. Paid £15 to extend our stay beyond the midday checkout, staying until 6pm.

We visited in February and were welcomed by friendly staff who were happy to help us with our Spanish. We arrived prior to the check-in time, and the staff checked to see if the room might be ready early. This wasn't the case but we were able to leave our bags in a secure locker and return later to complete our check-in. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was a 5-10 minute walk from Málaga Centro Almeda station and the centre of town. The staff were very knowledgeable about the area which was quiet and felt safe. On asking, the staff found me a phone charger to borrow. We didn't use the on-site cafetería as we preferred to find breakfast in town, but it was busy and their offers looked good. We have used Ibis Budget hotels before and were not disappointed.
