The Novotel in San Isidro is a lovely well maintained hotel with excellent nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great service, good food, wonderful breakfasts. Happy to come back. Also, loved the original art on the walls!

First stay when we got to Lima and stayed there the room was good so expected the same when we returned back at end of our tour. However the room 354 was awful as Airconditioner was loud which noise was “fixed” but the controls were not working as remote showed 86 degrees but was freezing cold ??? Remote did not have fan control!!! They gave us two towels but no washcloth?? The bidet control in toilet was leaking and so was the overhead rain shower head!! Front desk is friendly and at least changed our kettle to a coffee maker after I asked. Food in restaurant is good but service is slow as few waitstaff to attend to many guests. We had no choice but to stay at this particular hotel as our tour through Trafalgar was booked at this location or else would have looked at other options!

Well located for birdwatching in Bosque el Olivar. Very pleasant staff.

We, a couple, spent 5 nights at this hotel and for us the location was perfect with the Bosque el Olivar nearby for birdwatching. It was very safe in the streets with lots of police and security. The rooms were a bit dated but had all the facilities were there and most were working with a good shower. Breakfast was very good. An excellent restaurant called Astrid and Gaston is nearby for celebrations.

I spent five nights at the Novotel in San Isidro. Overall the stay was vey pleasant, and I wish there were more options for breakfast. The only offering was the buffet breakfast and that is really off putting to me. All I wanted was toast and fruit.

The Hotel is located in a San Isidro, Lima from where you can go to any place of the city in a very convenient way. The Hotel has updated the Lobby but needs to improve other places like the gym that it is old and need to be overhauled right away. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Service is good but the messaging system does not work.. In general, price wise the Hotel is a good place to stay but needs improvements to be done.

Great Breakfast with many choices. Good basic rooms comfortable and adequate. Friendly helpful staff. Good location with park close by for walks and running. Internet ok. Staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and tours. Bar area has a nice outside area for people watching.

The Hotel has a good standard. It has a good location from you can be relatively close to many important places of interest in Lima. The hotel is clean and the maintenance is very good. The service is good but surely can be improved to deserve the four starts level.

Location: excellent, near good restaurants, shoppings, etc. Room: executive room is good, size is good, bath and tube, bed, etc are very good... only TV is small and not HD. Also it is too dark. need more light. Restaurant: breakfast is OK, missing a good expresso (not included. Buffet for lunch is great, and for dinner I recommended Ceviche with Pisco Sauer. Infrastructure: wifi is not good, .. connection is very slow and does not work in some areas of hotel. Check out was very, very slow.

It is a very nice hotel, very clean and confortable rooms, quite nice restaurant with a good Peruvian food menu. Nice gym, the swimming pool is not really good. Another advantage, it is pretty close to their port.
