My second time staying in Pullman Kuching. The stay was pleasant. Breakfast was awesome. Didn't have time to explore the pool, gym and other facilities due to time contraint. Also received a welcome gesture sent to our room - Kek lapis and other sort of cakes! Thanks. Personally, will prefer the fruit bouquet as my previous stay though. Please email me regarding the membership for Accor.

The hairdryer attached in the bathroom was not functioning well. Called to front desk, informed room cleaning staff and other staff for 2 days and yet it’s not fixed. Requested for a spare hair dryer but the front desk told me they don’t have one. Hotel is undergoing renovation and the drilling starts 7:30am sharp, ends 5:00pm.

The ‘0’ number difficult to call and most of the time no one picks up. One of the light bulbs in the room keep on blinking and needed for a change but unfortunately no one picks up the telephone
