I have always consider Pullman Kuching as my second home. A special mention for Nasrizal who always works really hard to meet our expectations before and during our stay. I have been in contact with Nasrizal for a month to ensure our stay is memorable. He went out of his way to make our stay so special as it was our wedding anniversary. Restaurant reservation at The Junk and bouquet of flower was arranged nicely by Nasrizal. The view from our room was breathtaking. Not to forget the team at The Peak particulary Shamantha she has been so excellent in taking care of us. We have been truly overwhelmed at the level of service we have received from both. Concierge service is exceptional, they are very helpful they make hard choices seem very easy, Eustance and Julian both of you are a gems. Thank you for arranging the car during our stay. Thank you for the amazing experience at every single touching point. A memorable stay and for sure will be coming back. Thank you for the personal attention and the warm welcome!

Love the hotel.. breakfast were great! Love the room n very nice n cooling pool n jacuzzi.. n well equipped gym too. The staff all were nice n friendly staff too. Will definitely come again. Thank u for the wondetful stay! :))

Stayed for 4d3n with Pullman Kuching . Rooms were spacious. Clean. Aircon was good. Pity that fruit infused water was only made available on Wednesday (15 March) . Most hotels would have it available daily. Rained suddenly as we were going out. Umbrellas were loaned out to us. Thoughtful gesture. On the whole, a wonderful stay. Will be back.

the room is so old. toilet nobs with moulds. furniture is so run down. how can this be a 5 star hotel?
