Overall, the experience at the hotel very good, the online experience beforehand was not great as we could not check in on line or view our booking as having constant technical issues.

For context, my family and I have been staying with Ibis Hotel all over the world since 2015 - in Europe & Asia. We've always loved Ibis because most hotels are standard. You know what to expect - quality rooms, good service, and a good night sleep. But this Ibis gave me no sleep!! The walls were paper thin! I can hear every little thing that goes on in the other room. They did give earplugs but I never liked earplugs because they're painful to my ears! I don't know, I was genuinely disappointed... Furthermore, when I asked for a glass of water as I was very parched, they gave me a bottled one and charged me for it. There's a tap water there! For free! This is insane! Whatever happened to welcoming guests?? We have future holidays with the family and I hope this is an isolated case as my family really loves Ibis...
