Overall the stay is good. Perfect for family since there are a lot of activities in the hotel premise and its location per se. The only experience that's not fine is when we are claiming the photo service, I go to the desk on nov 26 to schedule the photoshoot on morning of nov 27. I saw the desk personnel wrote it so I am confident we are booked. the next day the assigned desk personnel mentioned that my room is not booked. It was nice of her that she will try to arrange it for the same day since she know we will fly back to the Philippines on the 28th. We just have to wait for few minutes for her call if what time we will be booked. However, we haven't received a call. But it is fine, we just go out and enjoy the beach. We just hope it won't happen again.

I arrived a bit late around 11 PM since the traffic was quite crowded during my trip from Banyuwangi to Denpasar. Miss Fortuna fortunately welcomed me in a very good manner and upgraded my room to the Suite. Thanks to her, I also got explained about the surrounding area and facilities of the hotel. I went to my room with the buggy car, and again the room boy was super helpful to me. The next day I spent most of my time exploring the surrounding hotel and the beach. It was super close and I have my time alone as a self-reflection time. The food is good but the options are limited and the taste is not my standard, since most of the guests are from abroad I think the flavor of the food has been adjusted a bit, but that's fine for me. The minus only my welcome amenities were not delivered to my room until I checked out. A bit pity so I hope this will never happen again in the future since of course I have another plan to visit, maybe with my family next time. Thank you Novotel Nusa Dua, especially Miss Fortuna for your super kind help.

Overall loved our stay at the Novotel Nusa Dua. Positives - Large and clean rooms. Semi traditional Balinese with lots of timber. - Beautiful expansive grounds and large pool - Was very quiet when we were there. No rushing to reserve a pool chair! - Decent kids club with hourly activities - Great private beach! We didnt check it out until the last day. Wish we went there earlier. - Our 1 kids stayed free as no extra bedding was needed. He slept on the day bed. - Restaurants, money changers and massages places are all very close - Restaurant food was good. - 2 for 1 cocktails at happy hour - our son LOVED the pool and also spent time in the kids club. This is a family resort so plenty of other kids to play with. Negatives - Breakfast selection was just ok . Bacon was soggy. Coffee machine broke down a fair bit. Overall not bad but not great. If its not included you may want to consider eating out for breakfast. - Pool restaurant staff were poorly trained. They never came to check if we wanted anything or give us a menu at the pool chairs - they are missing our on a lot of sales & tips! They would stand in a group at the restaurant counter doing nothing mostly. A very different level of service compared to the Movenpick in Bali where we stayed last. Overall though we loved our stay and would come back.
