ノボテルクアラルンプールシティセンターは、ペトロナスツインタワーとブキッビンタンの間にあるクアラルンプールのゴールデントライアングルに位置します。クアラルンプールコンベンションセンター（KLCC）まで徒歩 5 分未満です。大型ショッピングモールの「スリア KLCC」と「パビリオン KL」へも、連絡通路を使用して徒歩でアクセスできます。2021年9月までの間、エレベーターの改装工事を実施中です。工事中もエレベーターをご利用いただけます。プレミアラウンジは一時的に休業中です。改装工事は、月曜日から金曜日の9時～18時、土曜の10時～17時の間に行われます。

Good hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean rooms. The expected standard of a Novotel hotel was maintained. Very good location in the city center with a short walk to shopping malls and food courts. Good breakfast with attentive staff at the restaurant.

パビリオンから連絡通路でアクセスできるのは便利。朝食は普通、7:30まではビジネスマンで混んでいました。部屋に飲み水が用意されておらずプールが工事中だったのは残念です。

出張で利用しました。滞在中にコロナに罹患してしまい、途中からホテル療養先としても利用することになりましたが、案内も細かに行ってくれて心配等ありませんでした。清潔で、スタッフの皆様親しみやすくご案内してくださいました。

This is my first time staying at this outstanding hotel. It's located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, only a few steps away from the KLCC and Pavilion Tower. Specialized thanks to the general manager of Angerlia Ku for professional and hospitality treatment. Also, thanks to Mr. Raja of the front desk for his kind and professional service.
