It was an extremely good experience with excellent service. The only shortage was the noise in the corridor. I can hear the noise that is made outside clearly in my room, which woke me up several times when sleeping.

I really had a good stay at Pullman. The service is excellent. There are only 2 things that need some improvement :) First is the warm water heater for standing shower doesn't work (room 316). And second is that there was used tissue left in the bathroom bin when I arrived. I hope you take the recommendation for your future improvement. I'll definitely be back to Pullman. My family loves Cuisine Unplugged so much!

I booked the package that included afternoon tea service but I did not know I have to reserve the time slot beforehand as I wasn't notified about it. I went down to the Junction on the first day. And the Thai male staff on that day around 2-3pm on May 2 was not friendly at all when he couldn't see if I have the paper voucher when I told him I purchased the package online directly on the Pullman KPW website. He gave me a takeaway package of afternoon set to have in my room but it was so unpleasant that I did not come to the afternoon tea on the second day even though I have the right to take it. Other than that, the staff are pretty friendly and helpful.

Complicated payment

I had two reservations, even the stay is respective day, i had to book one night with touch and go program and three nights just normal stay which then i amended to two nights. For the first night touch and go, the reservation was prepaid and I received email from Pullman King Power that my reservation was failed and asked me to pay. But then i explained that it is a prepaid reservation and then Pullman sent me confirmation letter that they have received the payment. Everything was smooth during the checked-in. But then when i requested to amended my second reservation from 3 nights to 2 nights after my second nights, the receptionist told me that my touch and go payment was not success and i have to pay again which is they could not prove anything. Three receptionists handled this case but none could really explained it well to me, probably because of their limited English. the second receptionist, a lady which i forgot her name was quite rude. Sound like i were a cheater for her. It’s been very annoying experience. Until today i do not understand how they handle it, my Accor status only records 2 nights stay but their invoice is 3 nights. I paid additional 6000 baht during check out which not recorded on my Accor app.

I have taken this hotel because it is a SHA extra + hotel which is doing also the Pcr test and arrange everything.Have to tell you that it was done very profecional. Next day a wonderful breakfast was waiting for me and in the evening the food which I order was also perfect. room was clean and the team from Pullman was very helpful.

โรงแรมอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินทางสะดวก ช่วงพักซื้อแพ็คเกจโปรโมชั่นกับทางโรงแรม 2 แพ็ค โรงแรมใช้ส่วนลดเพิ่มเติมของสถานะ Accor Plus Platinum ให้ ได้มีการโทรแจ้งโรงแรมตั้งแต่จองวันพักไปขอ Special Request: ฺBirthday และสอบถามกับทางพนักงานเพิ่มเติมว่าอีกห้องจะใช้สิทธิตาม benefits เรื่องอัพเกรดห้องพักและเข้า executive lounge ได้มั้ย ได้รับการตอบกลับว่าได้ทั้ง 2 ห้อง เลยโอเคตกลงเรื่องจองห้องพัก อีกทั้งมีการโทรคอนเฟริม์ล่วงหน้า 1 วัน ได้รับคำตอบว่ายังเป็นเงื่อนไขเดิม พอวันที่ไป C/I ไม่ได้อะไรเลยค่ะ ตามที่โทรมาสอบถาม ได้อัพเกรดห้องตาม benefits 1 ห้อง ส่วนอีกห้องทางฟร้อนได้แนะนำให้ชำระเงินเพิ่มเพื่ออัพเกรดไปเป็น executive หากอยากจะไปใช้บริการ lounge ทั้ง 2 ห้อง เลยตกลงชำระเงินเพิ่ม พอขึ้นมาบนห้องพักทั้ง 2 ห้อง หลัง Happy Hour เช็คทั้งห้องแล้วไม่มีจัด Bitrthday Request ไว้ตามที่ขอไป นีั่ก็เลยงงค่ะ คิดว่ากลับมาจาก lounge จะจัดให้ เพราะบอกให้เราขึ้นไปทานที่ lounge ก่อน ลงมาห้องพักก็ทุ่มกว่าแล้วเลยไม่ได้โทรแจ้งไป ทางนี้ได้เข้าพักวันที่ 12/02/22 แต่วันเกิด 18/02/22 เลยคิดว่าเราไม่ได้พักตรงกับวันเกิดรึเปล่าเลยไม่ได้ Birthday Request ตามที่ขอและเจอปัญหาคือน้ำแอร์หยด แต่ก็โทรแจ้งให้ช่างมาซ่อมให้ ก็หายค่ะ เลยพักได้ไม่มีปัญหาค่ะ จริงๆแล้วครั้งหน้าหลังจอง คงต้องส่งอีเมลล์ไปรีเควสทุกๆอย่างแทนการโทร เพราะคิดว่าอาจจะสับสนหรือเข้าใจผิดตอนสื่อสาร ข้อมูลอาจตกหล่นไปและครั้งนี้ก็ไปพักครั้งแรกด้วย แต่จะมีครั้งต่อๆไปแน่นอนค่ะ เพราะชอบ Happy Hour มาก กินเพลินเลย และเมนู A la carte ที่ห้องอาหาร Cuisine Unplung คืออร่อยเลย ช่วงมื้อเย็นทางเราเปิดไวน์ที่ห้องอาหาร พนักงานบริการดีมากๆค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็หลายหลาย ไว้จะไปพักอีกนะคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

We spent there 3 night as Accor Member, friendly check in, room upgrade and access to the executiv lounge between 5-7 p.m. Big pool with enough sunbeds and sunchairs, with seperate childrenpool, only missing something to play for the Kids over there like a slide. New, modern rooms with bathtube and shower. Breakfast was realy great, so much to choose. we defently go there again next time. Thank u to all the staff member, we had a great time overthere. Location was ok, 7eleven, massage shops and a few restaurants around, sky train and airport rail link in walking distance.

I first came and visited this hotel to have a look at the amenities and rooms, as hotels can often not match the pictures. Let me say, in this case, the pictures cannot adequately show the level of service, professionalism and facilities of this hotel. From the first moment I met Mini the Guest Services Manager, through to the exquisite service experiences in the Executive Lounge by Wut, North and the rest of the crew, to the amazing food and beverage teams in the restaurant and coffee shop, I wish I could name them all. The rooms are well equipped and in fact the cheaper rooms have the better outlook. I have to say, that of all the hotel's I've stayed at, this one is easily in the top two. The teams here truly work to keep you safe, provide you with immaculate service and ensure your stay is truly amazing. If you don't experience that, I would be surprised, to say the least. Stay here, you won't regret it. Just amazing. Oh, and connect with them via Line for amazing food and beverage specials and spa specials.

aiyarak Business - TripAdvisor review

I called front desk on midnight that I will check in late at 2am. On the time I check in, room not ready and I have to sleep at the lobby around 30 minutes!!! Reception told me that the head lamp has a problem and no room available so I have to wait!
