A very pleasant stay at the Pullman Bangkok King Power. The room was beautifully presented, comfortable and well maintained, with nightly turndown service adding a lovely touch. As an ALL Accor Platinum member, my status was recognised and appreciated throughout the stay. I received a room upgrade, a welcome gift in the room, and was personally thanked for my loyalty — all thoughtful touches that made the stay feel even more special. The Executive Lounge was a definite highlight, particularly the evening cocktails and drinks — a great way to relax at the end of the day. The hotel also has a lovely and relaxing pool area, with a great pool bar that was particularly convenient for enjoying our welcome drink. The buffet breakfast exceeded expectations, with an excellent selection and quality. What really stood out was the outstanding service from the staff at every level. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, attentive and professional throughout our stay. The hotel is also conveniently located alongside the King Power Duty Free Centre, making shopping incredibly easy. Overall, a wonderful experience and a hotel I would happily return to and strongly recommend.

Appreciated the warm welcome and quick recognition (it was 1 a.m.; maybe I was the last one?), and accommodating the late check-out until 1 pm during the busy season. The upgrade to the suite was quite surprising, and it was only one night, like 12 h, but I enjoyed my stay there. It's a quite efficiently ran hotel. The hotel always has lots of events, like weddings and business conferences, hosting and quite a nice vibe all around, and that's also the reason I come back, besides strategic location and resonable rate.
