Good facilities, presentation, parking. Friendly staff. Disappointed about man using his blower vac outside our room at 8am for 15 mins until I phoned to complain. He came back around 8.30 ish! Also room next doors door was insanely squeaky which did affect us as I had advised when booking my son was having procedure in Norwest Hospital that next morning and very anxious so really wanted to sleep. Dining room looked beautiful. We will try again but really hope these issues are rectified

Fabulous service, kind and helpful staff. Prompt service,great facilities. The alarm clock with charching access if outstanding, lights dimming is a winner, rooms were clean and well presented! Honestly a fabulous stay!

Our room was nice and spacious with everything we needed. The restaurant was great with really good food. When we arrived at the bar to have our free drinks we were told we could only have 1 and were obviously confused for another couple earlier on. We were only given the 1 free drink card so she thought we'd come in earlier and used our other card. It was sorted out and we got our free drink, however I felt she spoke to us very rudely as though we were trying to scam another drink. She didn't apologise after she realised her mistake either.

This is our favourite place to stay when we come down. The staff are always professional, friendly and helpful. We have been staying there for quite a few years now and has always been clean and well maintained. This was the first time we were disappointed with the breakfast. The sauce was cold on eggs Benedict and pancakes were dry as there was the smallest container of syrup and a few small slices of strawberry. Previously has all been beautiful.

We had 2 nights with you. No complaints at all. There was hiccup when I was overcharged at checkout but quickly solved after I picked it up. Room and food was lovely.

Everything was okay, but on the day of departure I was having a bit of a cold. One of your guest came up to me and started to insult me and ask me to leave the dining area while I was waiting for takeaway coffee from your wait staff. No apologies from your wait staff, she seemed to just drop off coffee that was lukewarm and chased me out. That was unpleasant. As a platinum member, this was one of the worst experiences I had in an Accor hotel

The hotel is located in a quiet location. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The food in the restaurant we very good and the restaurant staff were very friendly. There was a lady at breakfast on 21st May (I can't remember her name but she was originally from New Zealand) who was particularly friendly. The reception staff were also very good.

Great place. Very clean with all the staff doing everything they could to make our stay a good one. Every time we had a question, we were put in touch with the correct person to solve our problem - Not that there were many. Will definitely be back.

As usual, I received warm hospitality during my stay this time. I have stayed in this hotel for over 13 years & I have never been disappointed. Their free shuttle bus service to my office is also a big plus.

The room is comfortable there was no water on arrival, good location. The restaurant was not open but easy to call for delivery, close to everything, close to activities for kids. Bed comfortable we had a very comfortable night.

I have been staying at the Hills Lodge for quite a few years now. The atmosphere is nice with a leafy country vibe. The staff are amazing and always make me feel at home. The only criticism I have is the room service food is extremely overpriced. I ordered a piece of steak with a side of greens (nothing else) and it cost me $75. if you order a bottle of water as there is currently no mini bar due to covid they will charge you $5 additional just to deliver it to your room which is more then what the water costs to buy. These sort of prices are not even charged at some of the best hotels in sydney. Including The Grand Hyatt, Four seasons, Sheraton Hyde Park, InterContinental Double Bay. I have stayed at all these places many times and room service prices don't even come close to what The Hills Lodge is charging. There is also a lack of healthy options which makes it hard to maintain healthy eating when I am away from home. In summary do enjoy staying at the hills lodge due to the staff and atmosphere however I do my best to avoid eating at the hotel as you will have limited healthy options and you will probably end up paying more than the hotel stay on food, beverages and room service
