We also regret that you were asked to collect it yourself from the 19th-floor lobby. Would like to commend the lobby staff, Lucas who went an extra mile to make our check in an easy process, he was obliging and made sure our stay will be pleasant. Lucas is definitely an asset to your hotel This is my 3rd stay at Ibis Ambassador and amazed at the transformation of the hotel. Taking the Incheon airport limo bus was a breeze to the hotel as well Thank you for always making my stay memorable and will highly recommend this hotel for its location and dedicated staff

Ibis Amb Hotel is fail-proof. Strategically located with lots of restaurants, the famous Myeongdong shopping/food street, train stations & most importantly for people like me who likes point to point transport beteeen hotel & airport without having to lug our heavy shopping...this is it! The pick up/drop off point is just right there 😊 The rooms are adequately furnished for comfort too.
