The location of the hotel is one of the best! The airport limousine bus stops right in front and you are located in the popular Myeongdong district, a few steps away from Myeongdong street and the lively street food and shopping scene. The room was very comfortable and perfect in size. Had a good night's rest during my stay. No complaints there. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and you have a good view from the bar and restaurant. Definitely highly recommended.

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Ibis Ambassador Myeongdong Seoul. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful. We have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Hannah Lee, whom handles all our reservation & communications. She is so patient, and always willing to work with us on our dates, and makes sure that we will be happy once we arrive. I’ve stayed at many 5-star international chains like Hilton and Marriott, but the service at this hotel is on par with, if not better than, those top-tier brands. Traveling with an infant and a child on a red-eye flight can be a nightmare, especially when they are exhausted and need rest and milk. Even though we arrived earlier than the official check-in time, Jacob and Irene at the front desk immediately recognized our situation without us saying a word. They quickly arranged for the housekeeping team to expedite our room cleaning so that we could get settled as soon as possible. This small yet thoughtful gesture was a lifesaver for us as parents. Later, when we realized we needed an additional room to accommodate our family more comfortably, both Jacob and Irene quickly found one and made sure it was located next to our initial room, making it easier for us to care for our children. I’ve stayed in several prestigious 5-star hotels that never offered such prompt, attentive service, and I truly appreciate their sharp observation of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families visiting Seoul. It was a memorable and comfortable stay, thanks to their exceptional service.
