The hotel is well located, there are many restaurants and also amman mall opposite to the hotel.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff was able to check us in the hotel quickly. The room and toilet was fairly clean and some smell of cigarettes. Overall it was a comfortable obe night stay for us.

The staff were very helpful and the location is close by (walking distance) to excellent restaurants, cafes, and shopping centers. The breakfast buffet is good and varied, room service was prompt and helpful in their suggestions

The Staff was great!!! Really nice and I had no problem with check-in. The Bacus Italian Restaurant at first floor is amazing and the waitress are really kind especially Roselyn. The breakfast is top of mind! Thank you Hilton Dead Sea for the great experience.

The room is old and not clean. Needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom doesn’t have soap. Can’t control room temperature. Staff is unresponsive and unprofessional. I was locked out of my room for 30 minutes because my card wasn’t working. They accidentally charged me the wrong amount and I had to pay the extra amount when I checked out. Overall terrible experience and never going back to that hotel again.

The breakfast buffet was good, and dinner selections at the bar were decent too, although they were basically western food. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. My wife wasn't a huge fan of all the people expecting tips if they carried your bag. I wish the location could have been closer to the downtown area, but there was a nice mall right across the street and some other stores down the street that are easy to walk to. The wifi worked pretty good compared to most hotels.

The hotel urgently needs renovation. My room was in a very bad shape. Especially the bathroom. Full with mold and the like. Cleanliness is in general a serious issue in this hotel.

nice and convenient location with helpful staff. the room needs a bit of cosmetic touch to raise the standards The bed was comfy. internet was fast Breakfast was ample the air conditioning was noisy, and needed an engineer to fix this swiftly.

It was a business trip. Front desk, restaurant was good but room services, cleaning of the hotel, Lift was very Bad. The management of the room services cleaning has a big problem. One of the employee cleaning the rooms wa terrible in behaving with us. The Hotel was by the way full.
