We spent Valentines Day dinner in Manzoni. Everything was on point - service, food, drinks, ambience. The violinist played well n Shubham our server was warm n helpful. The Chefs met us n added a special touch to the evening. Highly recommended.

First and foremost, I would like to express my appreciation for the hospitality and service provided by your staff. The hotel itself was wonderful, and we had an overall pleasant experience. However, I would like to bring to your attention a significant issue we faced during our stay. Initially, we had initially planned to book a 2BHK apartment but later decided to upgrade to a 3BHK apartment, as we required three washrooms. Despite paying extra for the upgrade, we encountered a major inconvenience—the bathroom in our apartment was not functioning properly. The bottom drain was blocked, causing water to choke, which left us with no option but to use the bathtub in an uncomfortable manner. Despite multiple complaints and visits from three to four engineers, we were informed that fixing the issue would require breaking the tiles, making it impossible to resolve during our stay. This was highly disappointing, especially given the reputation of your esteemed hotel group. We expect that before a room is handed over to guests, all amenities should be checked to ensure they are in proper working condition. While we appreciate the efforts of your staff, we felt let down by this experience. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into consideration to ensure that future guests do not face a similar inconvenience.
