All the staff is very kind and efficient. Besides the quality of the rooms and breakfast is excellent. You fell immediately that everyone working there really endeavor to deliver a good service

We stay in region Madrid 2 times a year when we drive to Andalusia. This hotel is only a few minutes away from the highway what makes it a great stop over. The rooms are smal but clean and perfect for an overnight stay!

Last year I stayed at the “wrong” Ibis Hotel relative to where i was visiting. I however returned because the staff were the most friendly I have encountered in any hotel, anywhere. Exactly the same on this occasion.

Clean hotel in the middle of an industrial complex. Not much to do in walking distance but the metro is only 10 minutes walk away. We needed a hotel north of the city and it suited us well. Needs a kettle in the room for a cup of tea in the morning.
