Disgusting! I would NOT recommend Novotel Nadi, Fiji and surprised 4 stars, should be 1/2 star. Room was filthy and not serviced properly, toilet leaking, sink blocked, rails broken, power point coming of the socket. Staff were not friendly or helpful. My credit card was actually charged pre-authorisation and I’m still waiting for refund, every other hotel clear pending as soon as you check out. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend Novotel Nadi, Fiji.

With regarding the pre-authorization on your credit card. We have canceled the pre-authorization hold, and you should see the charges reflected back in your account within 7-14 working days. I believe our Front Office Manager has already emailed you the refund receipt processed upon your checkout for your reference.. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to restore your faith in us in the future.

Staff were very friendly. Property is a bit old and equipment/ fixtures are dated. Need upgrading. However very well maintained and very clean resort. Enjoyed our short stay.

It was a surprising pleasure to find such high standards at Novotel Nadi Airport. This hotel is a quiet achiever. Staff are experts and very well trained. The menus are fabulous and guests should try a range of dishes. It's pretty incredible.
