The service need to improve. No bottle was given , no complimentary drinks, all they blame covid. The rates compared with Raffles is expensive. Please get your service experience improved. I have travelled and stayed many times and need good services. I travel every week to Nadi.

The only positive thing for me was the service provided by the staff. I didnt mind the run down room and its contents. What I thought was way too over the top are the prices of everything at the restaurant and bar and how boring it was. The food is over priced and so is the alcohol. Not much variety and much entertainment to keep me in the hotel. The wifi connection in the room was very poor. I had to come out to connect to the wifi.

We were extremely Dissatisfied with our stay, firstly the room 701 smelled musty, dirty, dead insects, insect/lizard droppings, balcony was so dusty full of dead insects. We only put up with it as we had to attend a funeral the next day and then back to the airport. called the cleaner who vacuumed the room, told the reception, the guy at the reception was not bothered with our complaint. We went for lunch and ordered a toasted sandwich which took 45 minutes to arrive after checking with the waiter few times. We will never ever stay at the hotel ever again. I would not every give any ratings to this hotel and would never recommend anyone to stay here. Booked through Bookings.com, price was different online to what was charged. I will also let Bookings know and also Tourism Fiji. So disappointed.

Great Stay but in an Old Hotel

The service is very good. The staff are nice and the hotel needs a refurb. It is hot and the AC units need to be upgraded as my room was awfully hot and couldn't get a good night sleep. But I cant let this spoil the hardwork done by the team. I am surprised to see all the greenery despite the near drought like conditions. I hope management continues to maintain the golf course and the green areas.

I like Novotel in terms of the room, room services, food, gym, swimming pool, customer services and it's safe and peaceful. For example, in my room I have double bed and everyday I went out for our meeting, upon returning he room has cleaned, change my bed mattress, change my towels, clean the bathroom, renew my coffee, tea and clean the kitchen. I enjoyed staying in the room because it was comfy, clean and always cool from air-condition. In addition, I like the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Novotel has prepared varieties of food for us to have and it was fresh, healthy and yummy.

Overall a trip that met expectations with the service and delivery. Property needs a refurbishment otherwise very clean and tidy with the big area. Rooms are clean despite being very old. Staff is one of the highlights of the property.

After so many years of staying AT NOVOTEL NADI WE WERE SO DISSAPOINTED

Novotel over the years has been our second home the staff have always been like family to us and made us so welcome.this family trip home was much to be desired we always have our breakfast food at the hotel after going for our breakfast on the sunday morning 8.15 am to find empty containers fruit that looked like it had been cut several days no selection of breads and burnt jams no yogurt , we left minus our breakfast plus my husband being diabetic is always important the time frame of his foodOur room 212 the toilet not flushing we reported to reception who sent a guy to fix it he informed us nothing much could be done but the cupboard outsidewe could flush the tank from there so that became our daily task for 8 days bedsheets need washing well with bleach to freshen and brighten their tired look ,the tiny uncomfortable pillows are so hard and not very fresh leave you to place an item of your clothes over to enable you to sleep .we aware this is no fault of staff they do their very best owners need to bring their families there see look experience what exactly clients are putting up with and spending money on .The Novotel is situated in prime grounds beautiful peaceful that's the attraction , time for heavy changes before this investment crashes down you cannot rely on local conferences to support you you have to reach out to the public thankyou

Very attentive and welcoming staff, lovely grounds and good restaurant but room quality would keep me fro returning. Cooling significantly inadequate, shower moldy and water pressure nil.

No improvement since ACCOR took over

Having passed through this hotel, in both it's Mocambo and Novotel iterations over several years (normally 1 night transits) it is disappointing to see how little has improved over that time. The rooms look just like they did 10 years ago and the a/c works just as badly. I didn't notice any significant difference in the restaurant either - the food is edible but that is just about it. ACCOR really need to address the whole package - especially at their current prices. Not at all worth it and will not use again until I hear that things have improved considerably!!
