香港诺富特东荟城酒店

The room assigned to me was dusty, room phone was not working, tv remote was not working well and the room furniture looks old. Disappointed with the room, not exactly what I have expected with the amount I’ve paid. Accor should do better than this!

我諗我可能被酒店升級房間但床褥未被升級……床褥已用多年出現嚴重下陷成個身體形狀……房間一塊大玻璃窗因不明原因不能觀看外面景色……房間燈光嚴重不足開關掣遲鈍感應差……最後一樣係一般酒店都會出現嘅問題，就係我今年第六年因應生日及結婚週年住酒店同太太慶祝……每次各間唔同酒店都會放一個蛋糕及甜品係房間但不約而同都係唔會覺得有衞生問題唔會用蓋遮蓋食物或將食物放入雪櫃保温……可能係你哋酒店行業嘅習慣但基本常識好似整個行業都出現問題…… 不過……你哋酒店及餐廳嘅員工都要讚賞……比起其他酒店都有禮貌……同埋你哋比起其他酒店有招聘其他非華語人士呢一點令我感覺意外帶點欣賞……

Good size room with king size bed. Toilet and walk in shower with seat! All amenities supplied (shampoo/shower gel) Plenty of storage spaces. But, the breakfast, WOW! what a spread, You couldn't ask for anymore. From bacon to Bao buns. Croissant to Chop suey!! But only plain coffee, no cappuccino, expressos, but not a problem

Novotel city gate the hotel location was close to the airport, the Ngong Ping cable car- to the big Buddha, and to the Novotel city gate outlets mall. If you’re looking to spend the evenings in the vibrant Hong Kong city, staying here is not the right choice. But if you want to do shopping from all the branded outlets, this is definitely the right choice. The reception desk and the concierge are very helpful. We came a day early from our check-in day just to drop the luggage as we had to travel to Macau. They did let us, The next day, our check in was also smooth. The staff lady (with the bun, an ex Cathay Pacific employee) at the lounge is also very helpful. As my husband is Accor Gold member, we got the upgrade to the premium room with the lounge access, which we really really enjoyed. So, me faced a problem in the first room that we got - the bathroom door was always little bit open but after complaining about it to the front desk, we got the change of the room. Now this room was bigger and we could easily fit in the extra bed for our nine year old and also there was an aisle between the double vanity, and the bath area with the toilet. We did not use any other hotel, amenity other than the breakfast buffet , the lounge and the room. Monica, the duty manager was always very helpful. One of the front desk staff Jacky, helped us when we got stuck and ran out of cash to pay to our taxi driver. He did Alipay to the driver on our behalf and we returned the money after coming to the hotel. Big thanks to him. The staff was very courteous during our whole 3 night stay here.

As a Novotel, I was always going to expect a reasonably comfortable stay… but it exceeded my expectations! Easy & straightforward access from the airport by hotel shuttle Pleasant staff Located within an Outlet mall with many dining options Functional rooms with all amenities you’d expect, including an iron & ironing board. Only downside was the hairdryer was weak. And some may not like the partial open plan bathroom, which doesn’t give much privacy if you want it.
